The options in this sub-menu are used to configure the onboard
serial and parallel port and disk controllers.
386EX COMA:
This option is used to enable or disable the serial port COMA. This
port is provided by the 386EX and is not configurable. The default
is enabled, at 3F8 and IRQ4.
