OPERATING SYSTEM NOT FOUND BIOS
Problem: An operating system is not present on either Drive A: or Drive C:.
Solution(s): Check the Setup and make sure the fixed disk and drive A: are
properly identified..
PREVIOUS BOOT INCOMPLETE - DEFAULT CONFIGURATION USED BIOS
Problem: Previous POST did not complete successfully.
Solution(s): The POST loads the systems default values and offers to run Setup.
If the failure was caused by incorrect values and they are not
corrected, the next boot will likely fail. On systems with control of
wait states, improper Setup settings can also terminate POST and
cause this error on the next boot. Run Setup and verify that the wait-
state configuration is correct. This error is cleared the next time the
system is booted.
REAL TIME CLOCK ERROR BIOS
Problem: The real-time clock failed the BIOS test.
Solution(s): Try cold-starting the system. You may want to wait long enough for
the system to drain completely -- 30 minutes or so. Contact RadiSys
Technical Support.
SHADOW RAM FAILED AT OFFSET:NNNN BIOS
Problem: Shadow RAM failed at the offset nnnn of the 64K block at which the
error was detected..
Solution(s): Contact RadiSys Technical Support.
