Advanced menu
This menu contains settings for integrated peripherals, memory shadow, cache, and
large disk access mode. You access this menu by selecting Advanced from the Main
BIOS Setup menu.

Field Description
Ethernet 1 Port Determines whether the system checks for Ethernet
connections. You can select one of these:
• Auto Detect (default): The system checks for Ethernet
connections on both the front and rear panel
connectors.
• Front Panel: The system checks for Ethernet
connections on the front panel connectors.
• Real Panel: The system checks for Ethernet
connections on the rear panel connectors.
BIOS Reboot Determines the reboot type. You can select one of these:
• Warm Start (default): The system performs an
abbreviated reboot and preserves DRAM memory
contents.
• Cold Start: The system reboots as if power was cycled.
Console Redirection

Displays a menu that you use to redirect console output.
