Important:Toensurecompatibilitywiththecommandsinthisprocedure,usetheversionof
rmcptathatisprovidedwiththelatestRadisyssoftwarerelease.
1. Invokermcpta,specifyingtheShelfManagerIPaddress:

2. Setthecontrolleraddresswheremessagesareforwarded,specifyingthefrontmodule
slotIPMBaddressandtheIPMBLaddressoftheRTM:

3. UpdatethedriveinformationrecordintheFRUdatawithdataaboutthenewharddisk
drivetobeinstalled.

2. FromtheCPMserialconsole,accesstheSASBIOSwhenyouarepromptedtopressCtrlC
tostarttheLSIconfigurationutility.
3. TheSAS/SATAcontrollerisshown.SelectitandpressEnter.
4. SelecttheRAIDPropertiesoptionandpressEnter.
