Update channel connections to the AMC bay

TheconnectionstoPort13ofeachAMCbayareusedforsingle‐endedgeneral‐purposeI/
O(GPIO)signals.ThesignalsonPort13powerupdisabledonboththeAMCandtheCPM,
andareE‐Keyed.TheE‐KeyingfunctionisprovidedbytheIPMContheCPMandtheMMC
ontheAMCmodules.EachcontrolstheenablepinsoftheirrespectivebufferswithGPO
pins.
IfanAMCmodulechoosestousePort13,itmustdriveGPOoutputsontheAMC‐sideTX+
andTX‐pins.Thecorrespondingcarrier‐sideRX+andRX‐signalsareappliedtotheinput
oftheredundantCPMandAMC.Thebuffersdrivethecarrier‐sideTX+andTX‐pinswith
signalsreceivedfromtheredundantCPM.TheAMCmodulereceivesthesesignalsonits
RX+andRX‐pins,andcaneitherconnectthemtoGPIinputsorinterruptinputs.
