1 and 2 Write protects the BIOS boot block. Power down the CPM before removing the jumper.
3 and 4 Write protects USB flash drive 2 (top)

7 and 8 Reserved for internal use only (Include the AMC in the JTAG chain)
9 and 10 Clears BIOS NVRAM contents during the next POST
