13h CPU ProcHot Minor temperature
high
Temperature over 65°C
threshold.
Monitor to see if the alarm worsens.
Major temperature
high
Temperature over 72°C
threshold.
Monitor to see if the alarm worsens or is persistent
for more than 1 hour. If persistent, remove and/or hot
swap CPM. If problem persists, remove CPM and
contact customer support.
Critical temperature
high
Temperature over 100°C
threshold. Most Shelf Managers
shut down the CPM.
Remove and/or hot swap CPM. If problem persists,
remove CPM and contact customer support.
Minor temperature
low
Temperature under -5°C
threshold.
Monitor to see if the alarm worsens.
Major temperature
low
Temperature under -10°C
threshold.
Monitor to see if the alarm worsens or is persistent
for more than 1 hour. If persistent, remove and/or hot
swap CPM. If problem persists, remove CPM and
contact customer support.
Critical temperature
low
Temperature under -15°C
threshold.
Remove and/or hot swap CPM. If problem persists,
remove CPM and contact customer support.
14h -48V Absent A N/A Voltage from -48V power source
'A' is not healthy.
Investigate power loss
15h -48V Absent B N/A Voltage from -48V power source
'B' is not healthy.
Investigate power loss
16h -48V Fuse Fault N/A A -48V fuse is not functioning. Check the -48V fuses. Contact customer support if a
replacement fuse is required.
17h System PwrFail N/A Power problem Monitor to see if the event is repeated. Investigate
power loss.
18h VCORE Minor voltage high Voltage over 1.31V threshold;
CPM will not go into M4 state.
1
Monitor to see if the alarm worsens.
Major voltage high Voltage over 1.38V threshold;
CPM will not go into M4 state.
1
Monitor to see if the alarm is persistent. If persistent,
remove CPM and contact customer support.
Critical voltage high Voltage over 1.44V threshold;
CPM will not go into M4 state.
1
Remove CPM and contact customer support.
Minor voltage low Voltage under 0.76V threshold;
CPM will not go into M4 state.
1
Monitor to see if the alarm worsens.
Major voltage low Voltage under 0.72V threshold;
CPM will not go into M4 state.
1
Monitor to see if the alarm is persistent. If persistent,
remove CPM and contact customer support.
Critical voltage low Voltage at 0V threshold; CPM will
not go into M4 state.
1
Remove CPM and contact customer support.
