On the ATCA-6002 shelf:
Airentersthroughthefantryontherightside(whenviewedfromfront)andexitsthrough
theleftfantray.UsethetemperaturesensorsonthefrontmodulesandRTMstogetan
approximatereadingoftheinletandoutlettemperatures.
On the ATCA-6006 shelf:
Airentersthroughthefantrayontherightside(whenviewedfromfront)andexitsthrough
theleftfantray.Checktherightfantemperature(slot 1)andcompareittotheleftfan(slot2),
asfollows:
1. IntheplatformmanagementCLI,accessthefanslotmodeofoneofthefans.
2. Displaythesensorusingthecommandshowwiththesensorsoption.
3. Repeatsteps1and2fortheotherfantray.
4. Comparethetemperaturesbetweenthefantrays.
Iftheexitingairtemperatureincreaseswhiletheintakeairtemperaturestaysstable,this
indicatesthatthetemperatureinsidetheshelfisincreasing.
