Installing an eUSB module
Performthefollowingsteps:
1. RemovetheCPMfromitsslot(seeRemovingtheCPMonpage 71).
2. RemovetheCPMcover(seeRemovingtheCPMboardcoveronpage 72).
3. AlignthefirsttheeUSBmodule(betweentheJ20andJ23connectorsatthebackofthe
CPM)overtheconnectors.
4. PressthefirsttheeUSBmoduleintoitsconnectorsuntilitisfullyseated.
5. Ifthereisa secondeUSBmodule,alignitover itsconnectors,thenpressitinuntilitisfully
seated.
6. ReinstalltheCPMcover(seeInstallingtheCPMboardcoveronpage 72).
7. ReinstalltheCPMinitsslot(seeInstalling the CPMonpage 72).

3. LocatetheeUSBmodule(s)(betweentheJ20andJ23connectorsatthebackoftheCPM).
4. DisconnectthetopeUSBmoduleandsetitaside.IfthereisabottomeUSBmodule,
disconnectitalsoandsetitaside.
5. ReinstalltheCPMcover(seeInstallingtheCPMboardcoveronpage 72).
6. ReinstalltheCPMinitsslot(seeInstalling the CPMonpage 72).
