When you are assigned a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number from a
Technical Support Representative, place it, along with the product serial number, on the
packaging materials and correspondence. The factory will be unable to accept delivery
without these numbers.
Note:
The factory does not accept RGA's sent freight collect.

If damaged, return the equipment to RadiSys in the original packaging and shipping materials.
