Menus
The following list is a breakdown of each menu and their selections:
• File Menu
o New Log – Creates a new log
o Open Log – Opens an existing program log
o Save Log – Saves the current program log
o Save Log As – Saves the current log with a new
name
o Import Log – Opens the Import Log dialog
o Sort By Scheduled Time – Sorts all items in the
program log by scheduled time.
o Upload File To Host – Allows you to upload an
audio file into the Simian Host’s audio library
o Exit – Exits the Simian Remote Client application

• Edit
o Cut – Cuts (copies and deletes) the currently
highlighted item from the program log
o Copy – Copies the currently highlighted item in
the program log
o Paste – Pastes the last cut/copied item into the
program log into the currently highlighted line in
the program log

o Find In Audio List – Performs a key-word search within the audio list for your search
term
o Find In Audio List Again – Finds the next item in the Audio List that matches your
search term
• Log
o Automation – (Off/Manual, Live Assist, Auto) – Allows you to
set the current automation mode of the Simian Host
o Refresh Program Log – Re-downloads the program log from
the Simian Gateway

o Triggers – Toggles Simian Pro’s trigger function on or off
o Triggers Viewer – Displays the Triggers Viewer window
where you can view the current trigger set’s events and
load any available trigger set
o TimeEvents – Toggles Simian Pro’s TimeEvents on or off
