• What other hardware and tools do you

need? — you should mount the keypad in a

standard single-gang electrical box (the kind

used for single wall switches and AC outlets).

See “Installation.” Once you install this box, all

you need is a screwdriver to complete the key-

pad’s installation.

Note: You can mount the keypad directly on

wooden or plasterboard walls, without an elec-

trical box. However, the box gives added secu-

rity and protection.
