Under/overcut setting too small Increase Start of Cut value (~0.33-37)

Air pressure insufficient Check compressor and gauges

Old-type Flow-control valve on cutting head Replace with newer knob-adjust flow-control valve RH-2

Outward hook in corners, Start of Cut Excessive blade depth Reduce blade depth or "shim" between depth pin and screw

Blade magazine worn or damaged Replace blade magazine

Debossing Problems:

Debossed impression too faint Debossing magazine depth screw in too far

Loosen locknut, turn depth screw on magazine CCW, lock nut

Debossed impression too deep; Debossing magazine depth screw out too far

Loosen locknut, turn depth screw on magazine CW, lock nut

gouging mat surface

Debossed opening size too large/small Incorrect Debossing Offset value Increase Debossing Offset to increase opening size,

and vice-versa. (Setup, Other , Debossing, Offset)

Debossed opening not aligned with Incorrect Debossing "Lag" value Increase Debossing Lag to move debosssed opening left,

cut opening, usually left to right and vice-versa. (Setup, Other , Debossing, Left)

Mat Borders (Home X axis), not accurate Check mat borders with cut test, increase or decrease Home M-8

border; Advanced Settings, Borders, Home X axis

Mat sizing not accurate Check Home X-axis dimension (see above)

Human or other error in flipping mat over Cut opening from front of mat; "Front" option in Cut screen

Electronic or Computer Problems
