Uncoupling the Y-axis Drive Belt

Head Removal Procedure

1) Shut down the F-6100 normally, and disconnect the main air hose from the rear of

the machine (or compressor). Remove the blade magazine from the cutting head.

2) Remove the cover

plate over the

cutting head by

removing the three

Allen screws, as

shown. (1/8” Allen

wrench)

3) Disconnect the

electrical

connectors to the

cutting head motor

and C-axis sensor.

Pinch the retaining

latches together as

you gently pull the

brown connector

blocks apart.
