Time Span Backup Process Dialog Box
The status of the search is displayed in the dialog box. If video segments matching the search
criteria are found, a success message will be displayed. If no video segments are found, an error
message will be displayed. After the completion of the search, close the Time Span Backup
Process dialog box by clicking the Close Button.
Video segments matching the specified time/date criteria found by the search process will be
automatically added to the backup queue.
Please note that backup queue is not checked for duplicate entries of the same video segment
from the same DVR. Duplicate entries will be re-downloaded when encountered in the backup
queue.
Consequently, re-running the search contained in an entry in the Backup List without
modification, initiated by either the Backup Immediately Button on the Backup Info dialog box
or the Start Backup Button on the Time Span Backup tab, will result in duplicate backup
entries for video segments being placed in the backup queue, and the same video segments may
be transferred multiple times.
File Conversion tab
The File conversion tab allows the user to convert video files from an .m65 or .264 format to an
AVI format. This convert function will convert the selected video file to an AVI format without
any of the embedded information (i.e. speed, GPS, date, and time). This AVI format can be
