7.1 Return Policy
If you have a problem with the fiber optic mode converter, check all your
system connection and configuration. Also, review the troubleshooting section
in this manual.
If you can’t resolve the problem, contact your dealer/representative or Radiant
Communications for customer service.
A Return Material Authorization (RMA) will be required before returning the unit
for repair, including warranty repair. To obtain a RMA number, contact Radiant
Communication’s authorized service representative or distributor. To expedite
return, please include the RMA.
