microprocessors helps maintain the temperature and humidity.
Air circulation technology
The interior is designed to prevent cold air from coming into
contact with the dough to avoid drying up the dough and to
maintain enough moisture.
Time control
An automatic system in which the entire process (freeze, thaw, low/high
temperature fermentation) operates according to the time setting.
