1. This manual...
describes how to commission and operate RADEMACHER
White + Colour LEDs. Please read this manual through
completely and follow all the safety instructions.

5. Brief description
The LED lamps are Zigbee 3.0 radio network compo-
nents, which in combination with the HomePilot®
and the RADEMACHER
Stick
8435 enable the use of
all light-related performance features of the Home
Pilot®.
All devices logged on to the Zigbee radio network
can be configured and controlled using the Home-
Pilot® smart home app.

6. Log-on

Switch off the lamp in which the LED lamp is to be
used.
2.
Screw the LED lamp into the lamp fixture.
3.
Switch on the lamp. There is a short colour
cycle, the lamp flashes several times and then lights
up white with maximum brightness.
4.
Activate the log-on mode on the HomePilot®.
5.
As soon as the LED lamp appears in the app, it
is ready to operate and can be configured and
controlled.
Irrespective of this, the LED lamp signals that it is
connected to the HomePilot® by flashing briefly twice.
6.1 Log-off
1.
Activate the log-off mode on the HomePilot®.
2.
Select the LED lamp in the list.
3.
The LED lamp can now be integrated into another
network.
9. Simplified EU declaration of

declares that the White + Colour LEDs (E27 / E14 /
GU10) comply with the Directive 2014/53 EU (Ra-
dio Equipment Directive). The full text of the EU

10. Warranty terms and conditions
RADEMACHER Geräte-Elektronik GmbH provides a 24-
month warranty for new devices that have been installed in
compliance with the installation manual. All construction
faults, material defects and manufacturing defects are
covered by the warranty. Your statutory warranty claims
remain unaffected by this warranty.
The following are not covered by the warranty:
◆ Incorrect fitting or installation
◆ Non-observance of the installation and operating
manual
◆ Improper operation or wear and tear
◆ External influences, such as impacts, knocks or
weathering
◆ Repairs and modifications by third parties, unau-
thorised persons
◆ Use of unsuitable accessories
◆ Damage caused by unacceptable excess voltage (e.g.
lightning strike)
◆ Operational malfunctions caused by radio frequency
overlapping and other such radio interference
A prerequisite for the warranty is that the new device must
have been purchased from one of our approved specialist
retailers. Proof of this must be provided by presenting a
copy of the invoice. RADEMACHER will remedy any defects
that occur within the warranty period free of charge either
by repair or by replacement of the affected parts or by
supplying a new replacement unit or one to the same
value. There is no general extension of the original warranty
period by delivery of a replacement or by repair as per the
terms of the warranty.

Radio systems that transmit on the same
frequency can cause interference.
3. Intended use
This light source is used for lighting purposes and can be
integrated, configured and controlled in the HomePilot®
Smart Home with the RADEMACHER Stick 8435. *
◆ The LED lamps can be used in standard lamps with
the right thread.
◆ The LED lamps must only be used in dry indoor
rooms.
* Alternatively, the LED lamps can also be
integrated into another smart home system
with Zigbee Gateway.
4. System requirements
To use a LED lamp in radio mode, you need:
◆ a freely accessible lamp (230 V/50 Hz) with the
appropriate thread (E27 / E14 or GU10)
◆ a RADEMACHER HomePilot® with the latest
firmware version
◆ a RADEMACHER Stick 8435
◆ a mobile end unit (smartphone / tablet) with the
latest Android or iOS operating system and/or a
standard computer with a current Internet browser
◆ the HomePilot® smart home app / user interface in
the Internet browser
