8. Initial commissioning
Pull the release film off the battery compartment, then the start wizard
will start automatically.
The start assistant will also start automatically in the previously set lan-
guage after changing the battery or resetting the manual control.
Setting sequence in the start wizard:
◆ Language
◆ Date (day. month)
◆ Year
◆ Time (hours:minutes)
◆ Location of the manual control
● In Germany
Enter the first two digits of your German postcode.
● International
Select the corresponding location from the list.
Confirm each entry with the OK button.
1. If no DuoFern devices have been logged on
yet, the message shown opposite appears.
Continue with logging on the DuoFern devices
2. Press the OK button to switch to the
log-on menu.
