Throttle Tips
5. Turn the key to the ‘ON’ position, and then turn the Throttle gradually to
accelerate.
6. To prevent loosing control of the vehicle, please turn the Throttle slowly
until the vehicle increases speed.
7. Do not turn the Throttle until you are in position to drive.
8. To stop, release the Throttle and apply the front and rear brake
simultaneously.
9. To move, release the brakes and turn the Throttle gradually.
10. The Mo Rad 1500 does not make any noise when the key in the ‘ON’
position; it can accelerate anytime. Please, for your safety, take the key
out when you are not riding.
Breaking Tips
1. For your safety, this vehicle has a circuit brake system. When the front
and rear brake is applied the controller will break the circuit; release the
Throttle back to zero then accelerate again.
Battery Gage
Color Description
Green While riding, when the batteries have a full charge the gauge light will be
green.
Green (2
nd
) This light indicates that the battery has ¾ percent of a charge
Yellow When power is low the battery gauge will turn to yellow.
Red When the battery is discharged the battery gauge will be red, and the
motor will automatically cut off.
*Drivers must fully charge the battery before riding the vehicle
again.
Performance
The distance and speed will depend upon various elements of the rider and of the
road conditions. Other factors include weather, vehicle condition, and battery
charge. Drivers must use caution when driving on rough roads, in poor weather,
or when the battery charge is low. Please remember that the Mo Rad 1500 is a
‘Top Heavy’ vehicle and takes strength operate safely.
This vehicle has circuit brake system to protect the vehicle when the brake is
applied; the driver still needs to release the Throttle to prevent the vehicle from
burning out.
After each ride the driver must turn off the vehicle and take the key and charge
the battery. This battery does not have a memory it can be charged at any time in
the cycle of the battery.
