If the problem is detected the first time the module is put into operation,
perform the following preliminary checks before proceeding:
• Check for proper module installation and correct cable connections, in
accordance with the system installation plan.
• Check the module configuration parameters in accordance with the specific
application requirements, as provided by the system administrator.
If after collecting all the relevant information, the problem appears to be related
to the operation of one of the ASMi-54C ports, perform the actions listed below,
until the problem is corrected:
• Make sure that no test has been activated on the corresponding ASMi-54C
port. Use the LRS-102 management system to find the active test or
loopback and deactivate it.
