If you type Y, SNMPv3 is enabled and the SNMPv3 Settings line appears in
the Management menu.
³ To configure SNMPv3:
1. From the Management menu (Configuration > System > Management), select
SNMPv3 Settings.
The SNMPv3 Settings menu appears (see
Figure
4-9
).
The SNMPv3 Settings menu includes the following information:
Engine Boots (The number of times that the SNMP engine has reinitialized
since its identification was last configured.)
Engine Time (The number of seconds since the last SNMP engine boot)
SNMP Message Size (The maximum length of an SNMP message (in octets)
that the SNMP engine can send or receive and process.)

Adding SNMPv3 Users
³ To add an SNMPv3 user:
1. From the SNMPv3 Users menu (Configuration > System > Management >
SNMPv3 Settings > Users), perform the following:
Select Security Name and enter security name for a new user (up to 32
alphanumeric characters).
