5.1 Monitoring Performance
Monitoring the Optimux-34 System
Aspects of both the local and the remote Optimux-34 systems can be monitored.
³ To access the monitoring options:
1. From the Main menu, select Monitoring.
The Monitoring menu is displayed.
2. To monitor the system, select System.
The System menu is displayed.

Viewing the Active Alarms
The Active Alarms details can be displayed. Active masked alarms are displayed
with masked status but the trap is not sent and dry contact is not activated.
³ To view the active alarms:
From the System menu, select Active Alarms.
The Monitoring menu is displayed.
