Parameter Possible Values / Remarks
CIR (Kbps) Defines the Committed Information Rate (CIR) for the current profile. The CIR
specifies a bandwidth with committed service guarantee (“green bucket” rate).
0–100000
Default: 0
CBS (Bytes) Defines the Committed Burst Size (CBS) for the current profile. The CBS specifies
the maximum guaranteed burst size (“green bucket” size).
0–32,767 kbps
Default: 0
EIR (Kbps) Defines the Excess Information Rate (EIR). The EIR specifies an extra bandwidth
with no service guarantee (“yellow bucket” rate).
0–100,000 kbps
Default: 100,000
EBS (Bytes) Defines the Excess Burst Size (EBS). The EBS specifies the extra burst with no
service guarantee (“yellow bucket” size).
0–32,767 kbps
Default: 32,767
³ To edit an existing Ingress BW profile:
1. In the ingress BW Profiles list, select the desired Ingress BW profile and click
Change.
The Change Ingress BW Profiles dialog appears. This screen is identical
with the Add Ingress BW screen, only the bandwidth profile ID is read-
only.
2. Edit the parameters as desired and then click Set.
The Ingress BW Profile parameters are updated
³ To refresh the Ingress BW Profiles list:
In the Ingress BW Profiles list, click Refresh.
The Ingress BW Profiles list is updated.
³ To remove an existing Ingress BW profile:
In the Ingress BW Profiles list, select the desired ingress BW profile and click
Remove.
The selected Ingress BW profile is removed from the list.
One ingress BW profile must remain listed and cannot be deleted.
