Below the menu bar appears toolbar icons that allow you to perform specific LA-
210 operations related to the selected elements in the LA-210 system with a
single mouse-click. This toolbar is context sensitive; the icons displayed change
depending on the LA-210 element currently selected.

The LA-210 status bar appears at the bottom of the View window and indicates
the current state of the system, as summarized in
Table 2-2 .

Status Description
Working Connection to the device is in progress
Waiting Waiting for connection to the device
Interrupted Connection to the device failed (time-out)
Ready Connection to the device is successful
Polling Device polling is in progress.
