Configuring the SNMP Communities
LA-210 allows you to specify the communities under which the ETX management
agent accepts SNMP command.
³ To configure the authentication community:
1. Display the Host (Management) menu (Configuration >System >Management
>Host), and configure the following parameters:

 Read Community to enter the name of a community with read-only
authorization.
 Write Community to enter the name of a community with write
authorization.
 Trap Community to enter the name of a community to which LA-210
sends traps.
3. Type S to save the changes.
The community names are case sensitive.
