DTE1 Mode
This mode is used to connect to user’s equipment with V.35 DCE interface that
can accept, as its external clock, the receive clock signal provided by the FCD-E1
data channel.
The V.35 cable coming from the user’s equipment is connected to the FCD-E1
CHANNEL connector through an adapter cable. The adapter cable (see Figure A-2)
is terminated in a 25-pin male D-type connector at the FCD-E1 side, and a 34-pin
female connector at the user’s side. A suitable cable, designated CBL-HS2/V/2, is
available from RAD.
