Clears all the alarms stored by the alarm buffer
/C Clear DSP BERT /C
Display BERT results and clear the BER counter
/CA Clear all DSP PM /CA
Display the performance monitoring counters,
and then clear (reset to 0) all the counters

/R Repeat automatically command
