2. Press Y to reset the board, and wait for the module to reset. This will take
approximately 30 seconds for a Cold Reset, after which you will be returned to
the Nest Summary Menu and the Device State will be displayed as Online.
Once you have been returned to the Nest Summary Menu, the D8E1T1 module’s
state will cycle through a combination of Standby, Out of Service, and Online. This
is a normal occurrence when the device resets. Wait for the Device State on the
menu to display Online before you proceed.
Warm Reset Device
The Warm Reset Device utility is also used to reset the D8E1T1 module, but it
does not reset framers or download Xilinx software. It causes the D8E1T1 module
to initialize to its power-up configuration, and during this boot-up cycle, no user
data will flow. Since the module configuration resides on the DSMC.2, all
connections will be restored.

interrupted.
