Bridging Mode Bridging mode can be between the Ethernet port and the ATM port (where there is no
bridging between VCs), or between both ports, and also between VCs.
Access Only: The traffic reaching the LAN port is forwarded through the WAN ports.
Access and Switching: The Bridge forwards LAN traffic addressed to WAN
destinations that can be reached only through the WAN ports, and in addition
enables forwarding of traffic among the WAN ports.
Bridge Type The VLAN Mode. Upon Mode changing, all LAN VCCs will be deleted by the agent from
all tables that include LAN VCCs
VLAN Unaware, VLAN Aware
PPP over
Ethernet Enable
Enables or disables transparent PPP over Ethernet bridge. When PPP over Ethernet is
enabled, non PPP traffic is blocked by the bridge.

LAN Table
The LAN port can be configured to operate as a MAC Bridge. The MAC Bridge
provides Layer 2 connectivity with transparent VLAN support for user-equipment.
Each Bridge contains up to 16 ATM Bridge ports.
This menu option is available only for VLAN Aware bridge ports.
The LAN Table displays the learned MAC addresses and the added static entries.
Viewing LAN Table Parameters
To view LAN Table parameters:
In the LA-110 Navigator, select the Bridge port (VLAN Aware), right-click and
select Configure > LAN Table (or select Configure > LAN Table > All)
