LAN Port Configuration 4-19
4.6 LAN Port Configuration
LA-110 includes a 10/100BaseT Ethernet LAN port intended for direct connection
to an Ethernet hub port, using a UTP cable wired point-to-point. The interface
supports auto-negotiation. The user can configure the advertised data rate (10 or
100 Mbps) and operating mode (half-duplex or full-duplex). Alternatively, auto-
negotiation can be disabled and the rate and operating mode can be specified
directly.
Basic tasks include viewing and configuring:
• Interface parameters
• Port application
• Interface information.
Interface Parameters
To configure LAN port interface parameters:
1. In the LA-110 Node Draw, select the LAN port, right-click and select Configure
