Preparation:
1. Configure the Oscilloscope follows:
Termination: 50
, 20 dB feedthrough attenuator at the
oscilloscope input
Setup: As required for the test
2. Connect 3152B output to the oscilloscope input
3. Configure the 3152B as follows:
Amplitude: 5 V
Output: On
Frequency: Initially, 1 kHz then, as required by the test
Test Procedure
1.
Adjust the vertical controls of the Oscilloscope to get 6 division
of display.
2. Perform Sine flatness, DAC waveforms tests using Table 6-24.
