Some applications may require the installation of a fixed gas

detector as early warning devices integrated with alarm systems,

ventilation control or leak detection. 3M manufactures a wide

variety of fixed gas detection products for residential, commercial

and light industrial applications. Following is a partial list of

available fixed gas detectors.

CM-E1

UL listed carbon monoxide gas detector for

use with fire and security alarm systems.

• 9-32 VAC operation

• Alarm relay

and convenient on-site field CO testing

Fixed Gas Detection Products

CM-21A

CM-21A Fan relay actuation is selectable

at 25ppm, 35ppm (default), 50ppm or

100ppm CO within 5 minutes and the

Alarm relay is selectable at normally

open or normally closed and responds at

100ppm CO within 3 hours or 200ppm CO within 10 minutes.

Stand-alone carbon monoxide detection and fan control

system are for use in enclosed parking and warehouses.

• 12-24 VAC or VDC operation

• Dual relays: fan and alarm

HD-11/HD-12

Hydrogen gas detector for use with alarm

control panels.

• 12-24 VAC or VDC operation

• One alarm relay for 10% LEL (HD-11 model)

• Two alarm relays for 10% and 25% LEL (HD-12 model)

DVP-120

Gas detection and ventilation control panel

with externally visible LCD display showing

the status of each sensor transducer

and relay. The DVP-120 works with

CM-4, CM-2B or CM-3 Carbon Monoxide

detectors or ND-2 Nitrogen Dioxide detector or GT-11A.

• 120 VAC Operation

• Adjustable alarm setting and time delays

• Accepts 4-20mA input from up to 12 CO, NO2,

or LEL gas sensors

• Three 16 Amp, 240 VAC SPDT fan/alarm settings
