To assemble the buffer stops:
• Make sure that the buffer hits center (1) of the buffer stop.
• Check, that the buffer stops (2) will stop the hoist on both ends of the crane, not the cable trollies!
• At first, tighten screws (3) to correct torque and ensure them with locking nuts if so equipped.
• Then tighten nuts (4) to correct torque.
• Tightening torques:
- M10 45 Nm
- M12 77 Nm
- M20 170 Nm
