Tools Recommended
The following tools and supplies may be needed to
assemble, install, and test the Real-Fyre
®
glass set:
1. Adjustable open-ended wrench 8" - 10"
2. Pipe wrench 8" - 10"
3. Pliers
4. Tefl on tape or pipe compound resistant to propane
gas
5. Small Phillips-head screwdriver & flat-head
screwdriver
6. Leak detector or soapy water solution & brush to test for
gas leaks
7. Work gloves
Other tools used for plumbing or gas appliance installation
may be necessary.
Important: To comply with certifi cations, listings, and building code acceptances, and for safe operation and
proper performance of this glass burner, use ONLY Peterson Real-Fyre
®
parts and accessories.
Use of other controls, parts, or accessories that are not approved for use with Real-Fyre
®
gas
burner systems is prohibited and will void all warranties, certifi cations, listings, and building code
approvals, and may cause property damage, personal injury, or loss of life.

appliances designed for manufactured
homes or mobile homes must conform
with Manufactured Home Construction
and Safety Standard, Title 24 CFR, Part
3280 in the U.S.; or with CAN/CSA Z240
MH in Canada; or with ANSI/NCSBCS
A225.1/NFPA 501A, Manufactured Home
Installations Standard when such a
standard is not applicable.
