BURNER INSTALLATION

BURNER INSTALLATION GUIDELINES

This ﬁ replace is designed to be installed with an R.H.P. vented/unvented gas appliance. The gas appliance

is purchased separately. Follow all owner's manuals included with the appliance and decorative media to complete

installation.

Note: The gas appliance will come equipped with a ﬂ ex connector. Remove that connector, and connect the

existing ﬁ replace ﬂ ex connector to the appliance.

Make sure to tighten every joint securely.

LEAK TEST

Turn on the gas supply and the key valve, and test at all connections for leaks using a soapy water solution.

If bubbles appear, a leak is present. Turn off the gas and tighten at all connections. Repeat until no leaks are

present. If a leak persists, turn off the gas supply and contact the local gas company or dealer. NEVER USE A

FLAME TO CHECK FOR LEAKS.
