Discharge Troubleshooting
If “Confirm Discharge” and “Require Mom/Infant match before discharge” are
both enabled during configuration (refer to the Software Administrator Guide
for your system), the following discharge procedure is standard from linked
Baby Check/Infant transmitters.
To discharge a linked Baby Check and Infant transmitter
1. Perform a Baby Check/Infant match.
2. Discharge the Infant transmitter, the transmitter is now in a discharge state
but the discharge is not complete until the banding material is removed.
3. Remove the infant banding material, the discharge is now complete.
4. Clear the Baby Check transmitter.
5. Discharge events should post for both the Baby Check and Infant
transmitters.
In the event that a match was not performed, the following alarms will occur.
