Qwizdom Actionpoint 2007
1.
Go to
Add/Remove
programs in the
Control Panel
.
2.
Search for
Qwizdom Connect
and click
Remove
.
3.
The
InstallShield w
izard will appear and follow the instructions.
4.
Restart your computer for the changes to take affect.
Uninstalling USB Drivers
If the host is still not initializing after following the steps above, then the hardware needs
to be completely removed and then reinstalled. Follow the steps below.
1.
Go to your
Control Panel
from either your
Settings
or
Start
menu.
2.
Double-click on
System
and click on the
Hardware
tab or
Device Manager
tab. If
you go to the
Hardware
tab, click on the
Device Manager
button.
3.
Search for the
Qwizdom RF Host
under
Universal Serial Bus Controllers
,
Ports
, and/or
Other
or
Unknown Devices
.
4.
Double-click on the file and click on the
Driver
tab.
5.
Select
Uninstall
.
6.
Unplug your host after it is uninstalled and go back to the
Control Panel
.
7.
Double-click on
Add or Remove Programs
and search for
FTDI Universal Serial
Converter Drivers
.
8.
When you find it, remove the file.
