SECTION 12 - ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION
TOXICITY: Material is slightly toxic to aquatic organisms on

most sensitive species tested).
PERSISTENCE AND DEGRADABILITY: The active ingredient
of this product is readily biodegradable; the material
passes OECD test(s) for ready biodegradability

SECTION 13 – DISPOSAL CONSIDERATIONS
DISPOSAL METHODS: Dispose in accordance with all
applicable Federal, State and Local regulations. Always
contact a permitted waste disposer to assure
compliance.
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR DISPOSAL: Empty
containers should be recycled or disposed of through an
approved waste management facility. Unused and
uncontaminated excess product can be sent to a
licensed, permitted incinerator.

Federal/State/Local Regulations: To the best of our
knowledge, this product does not contain chemicals at
levels which require reporting.
California Proposition 65 (Safe Drinking Water and Toxic
Enforcement Act of 1986): This product contains no
listed substances known to the State of California to
cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm,
at levels which would require a warning under the
conditions of the statute.
