Display & Controls: Rearmotor and frontmotor models
Range (kilometers or miles)
Estimation of remaining distance to travel
Battery percentage
Indicates the remaining battery-capacity
Driving-mode
Indicator of chosen driving-mode
RPM gauge and gear assistance
Indicates the rotations per minute (RPM) of
the bottom bracket. If the RPM is either too
low or too high, the advice to change gears
appears on screen.
Trip distance
Distance travelled since last reset
Timer
Effective time travelled since last start-up
Total distance
Total distance travelled by bicycle (Odometer)
Maximum speed
Indicates the maximum speed driven since the
last reset.
Controls
Switching On and O
Press the ‘ON/OFF’ buon for 2 seconds to turn the
system on and o. The control panel can only be used
when the baery is connected to the bike. When the
display is turned o while riding the bike, or when
riding without baery, it is possible that random
values are displayed as the motor generates small
powerstreams. Everything that appears on the display
when the system is not acvated, can be ignored. If the
system is not used for 5 minutes it will shut itself down.
Selecng menus
Press shortly on ‘SET’ to choose between the total
distance, the trip distance, the range (kilometers or
miles), the range (minutes) and the mer.
Adjusng the pedal assistance
Use the ‘PLUS’ and ‘MINUS’ buons to select the
assistance programs (0 - 8). Power level 8 gives the
strongest assistance. In power level 0 the motor gives
no assistance but you can use the display of the bike.
Please note that the baery runs out of power faster
when using a high power level than with a low power
level. Levels 1-5 are appropriate for at roads, levels 6-8
are very powerful and only meant for hills, slopes and
tough circumstances.
