Advanced Operation
Announced transfer:
1
During a call, press
and (INTERCOM).
•The call is put on hold.

To page the base unit:
See page 44.
To page another handset:
Enter the desired handset
number ((1) to (4)).
OR
Press to
select the desired handset
number, and press .
To page all units:
Enter (*).
OR
Press to
select “GLOBAL PAGE”, and
press .
• “PERFORMING GLOBAL PAGE” is
displayed on the paging handset.
•The call is put on hold.

When the paged party
answers the page, you can
announce the transfer.
• If the paged party does not
answer, press (OFF/CLEAR)
then or (SP-PHONE).

To end the intercom, press
(OFF/CLEAR).
•When the paged party answers
the call, the transfer is
completed.
•If you page all units, you can only talk
with one of the units’ users who
answers first.

With the handset
•If the paged/transferred party does not answer, the ring back tone sounds. If you
do not answer the recall within 30 seconds, the call will be disconnected.
Blind transfer:

•“CALL ON HOLD” is displayed
on the paging handset.
•If another handset or base unit
