Editing a stored number in the Phonebook
Make sure the handset is in the standby mode initially.

Press to enter the phonebook list.

Press repeatedly
to nd the phonebook item you want
to change.
To search for the item by initial, see page 38.

Press twice.

Edit a number.

o add a number:
Press to move the cursor on the
position then enter the number.
To erase the digit:
Press to move the cursor on the
position then
press .
After erasing, press
to return to the
previous display.

Press .
The display will return to step 2. You can
continue editing other items.
After 10 seconds, the display will return to the
standby mode.
If you do not press any buttons for 10 seconds in step 4, the display will return to
the standby mode.
If a pause is required for dialing, press in step 4.
A pause can be stored in a phone number counting as one digit (p. 46).
You cannot edit a stored name.
You can exit the programming mode any time by pressing and holding (OFF/CLEAR).
