Installation Guide

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

1.Your Lady Bug lamp should be ready to set up right out of the box. The

bulb is installed at the factory. Keep these instructions for re-lamping

in the future.

2.Before re-lampling, DISCONNECT LAMP FROM ELECTRICAL SOURCE

TO AVOID POSSIBLE ELECTRIC SHOCK!

3.Grasp the BODY with one hand and the GLASS SHADE with the other

hand and pull the two apart. A spring clip with allow the shade to be

separated from the base.

4.Remove the burned out lamp and install a lamp with the correct wattage

listed on the lamp warning label.

5.To re-install the glass shade, push up both ends of the spring clips

together and slip the inside metal lip of the shade between the spring

and body on each side. Place the glass shade down slowly, allowing

the spring clips to pull the glass shade back into place.

6.Re-install plug back into the power source, you lamp is ready to be

used again.
