cd H: the length of bytes of data to read
QU-TK-F31 reads data from the main memory of SLE4442, and transmits data on cdH bytes from
the address abH.
The capacity of the main memory is 256 bytes.
All the contents of the main memory can be read with the following command.
ex). "CR3"+00B0000000
