Submit Changes
NOTE: Whenever you issue a submit change command, all changes are submitted to the
permanent database, including those changes made by other users that have not been
submitted to the database and have not been discarded.
Before submitting changes, review all desired changes for accuracy. Access the online Help system
for further information regarding valid field entries.
1. From the main menu, select File > Submit Changes to submit changes to the database.
2. To discard the changes before a submit, select File > Discard Changes. All changes will be
discarded.
3. Click OK to confirm the submit; to cancel, click Cancel. Once you confirm the submit, all
changes you made to the database since the last submit are saved.
