The standard warranty is outlined in the SpectraLink Warranty Guide on the Spectralink
website. Additionally NEC is pleased to offer Advanced and Advanced Plus maintenance
contracts. The contracts can be purchased for one year or three year terms.
Advanced Plus Level
The Advanced Plus level offers a premium solution to customers whose system availability is
critical. It provides next business-day on-site service for infrastructure, advance replacement of
Wireless Telephones, proactive software update notifications, remote testing, and unlimited
telephone technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Advanced Level
The Advanced level is designed for customers who need immediate replacements, yet can
meet critical system requirements without Polycom support on site. It guarantees advance
shipment of both replacement infrastructure components and Wireless Telephones, software
updates as required and unlimited telephone technical support 24 hours a day, seven days a
week.
Within each one of these categories there are options for our customers can also purchase
liquid damage support for each of the above mentioned maintenance contracts. Any handset
covered under the liquid damages contract would be replaced for any damage caused by
cleaning fluids or accidental water damage.
If you select to purchase Spectralink enhanced maintenance option, that option must be used
for the entire site.
