Make sure to contact SWA@necam.com, to have them prorate your Software
Assurance related to the Add-On order so that it will co-term with the existing
customer‟s end-date. This is mandatory to do.

25.3 SUPPORT RENEWAL ORDERS

o For assistance on renewal quotations, contact SWA@necam.com
o Make sure to contact SWA@necam.com, to have them confirm your Renewal
Order prior to order as NEC Customer Service will not accept without SWA
Group approval.

25.4 3C LICENSE SERVER
When ordering new system software licenses or add-on system software licenses, a Software
Key Code (SKC) will be emailed to you in the form of a “PDF” attachment. The SKC must be
imported within the 3C License Server in order to obtain the updated “XML License” file
required to activate the newly ordered licenses. Only Authorized NEC Associates can import
the SKC to the 3C License Server (end-users cannot import the SKC).
