21.5 DUVOICE REMOTE INSTALLATION

After purchasing the DuVoice System with Remote Installation, Please contact your DuVoice
project manager by phone 425-250-2393 or email support@duvoice.com to begin the process.
An assigned DuVoice Professional Services Technician will work with the Re-seller project
manager and / or technicians, and with the end user to gather the information necessary
design the application. Using the information you will provide via spreadsheets, your DuVoice
Professional Services Technician will complete system programming which may be loaded
onto the system before it is shipped to you, or may be uploaded in the field, depending on time
constraints and whether the system is shipped directly from DuVoice or from Distributor
inventory. On the cut-over day, the DuVoice technician will work with the Reseller technician
to test the DuVoice to PBX integration, the application, and, if this is a hospitality application, to
facilitate integration with the Property Management System (PMS). After satisfactory
completion of the cut-over, your DuVoice Professional Service Technician will administer a 1.5
hour end user training session. This training time can be used to train end user employees in
the day to day use of the system, or to train a system administrator on system operations and
programming.
