The AP20 is a radio that operates in the
1.9GHz radio spectrum. The building block
of the SMB Wireless infrastructure in North
America is the AP20 DECT Access Point
(DAP) in the 1.9GHz spectrum. The AP20 is
an Omni directional radio AP20 radio that
connects directly to the LAN via a L2 switch
port, just like the NEC DT7XX series desk
phones.
The AP20 is a compact and easily installed
plug-and play module, the software for
which can be downloaded from any
computer using a WEB interface. It can be
powered with devices that support
IEEE802.3af standard; either externally (via
Ethernet power injector) or via the LAN port
that supports 802.3af power.
The AP20 can be mounted on walls or with
the optional ceiling mount.
