blend of portland cement, sand and gravel.

Use for general concrete work and patching over

2" thick and for setting posts.

IMPORTANT! Read before using.

This product contains portland cement. Contact with freshly mixed product can

cause severe burns. Avoid direct contact with skin and eyes. If this product

should contact eyes, immediately flush with water for at least 15 minutes and

consult a physician. For skin exposure, wash promptly with plenty of soap and

water. Remove soaked clothing promptly. If this product burns your skin, see a

physician immediately.

This product may contain silica. Silica dust if inhaled may cause respiratory or

other health problems. Prolonged inhalation may cause delayed lung injury, in-

cluding silicosis and possibly cancer.

Dust mask, eye protection, and rubber boots and gloves are recommended

when using this product.

IDEAS • ADVICE • INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add approximately 1-1/2 cups (350ml) of clean water for each 10 lb

(4.5kg) bag of concrete mix and mix thoroughly.

2. If more water is needed to obtain a firm, workable mix, add small

amounts at a time and continue to mix until desired consistency is

achieved.

Concrete Mix should be placed at a minimum of 2 (50mm) inches thick.

2. For a smooth finish, use a steel trowel after the surface moisture has evaporated and the concrete has lost

its sheen. A broom or brush can be used for a more textured finish.

For patching existing concrete, first coat the damaged area with

QUIKRETE

Bonding Adhesive

(No. 9902). Allow to dry before proceeding.
